LET ME CALM YOUR FEARS ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY….

1. I WILL MAKE YOU DANCE LIKE A CHICKEN. This is not possible in the type of therapy I practise. You have full control and can walk out of the room if you want too

2. THE COST. Each session costs £70. However, I have other ways of getting round this if you can’t afford £70 a week. There are other packages available, such as, £390 for a block of six instead of £420

3. HYPNOSIS WON’T WORK ON ME. I prefer to call is a relaxed state. You go in and out of this state naturally through out the day. When you are driving, watching TV, daydreaming out of the window.

4. THE TIME IT TAKES TO SEE A DIFFERENCE. Hypnotherapy is not like other therapies, most often than not you will see a difference relatively quickly, some of my clients see it in the first two weeks, some longer but most of my clients won’t go above 12 sessions and these can be spread across various weeks.
