It’s all about becoming the boss of your mind so your mind feels safe and therefore operating at it’s best. The next time you find yourself negative thinking, worrying, feeling guilty, negatively analysing or basically thinking anything that makes you feel bad, just simply say STOP and then carry on with what you are doing, whether that is playing with the kids, tidying the house, working, running or something else.By saying STOP you are interrupting the circuit going around in your mind and showing your mind who is boss. It will take consistency. however, you will start to see an improvement in time and most of all, you will start to feel more into control of you!
