Tara’s practice in based in North East Bristol near Bromley Heath and Downend.
Tara strongly believes positive change is possible regardless of the past. Her aim is to help her clients make changes and support them on their journey towards success, however complex or distressing their current circumstances may seem.
Her style is client centred and she cares enormously about putting people at ease by listening to their story in addition to bringing compassion, integrity and warmth to her session.
When she is not working she enjoys going on adventures with her two little girls. She also loves her ‘me’ time which often involves yoga, running or a good magazine accompanied by a steaming hot coffee!
