Solution focused brief therapySolution focussed therapy is exactly what the name suggests; it is a form of therapy that focuses on the solution rather than the problem. It is based around goal setting, positive change and the formulation of solutions. It is a quick and effective process that will help you break the cycle of negative thinking and behaviour. It can take only between 3 to 12 sessions depending on the problem to get better – compared to some other therapies this is brief..!
